URB, inc. Serving Chicago Communities and Charities Since 1986.

Founded in 1986, URB, inc. has grown into a trusted family of real estate professionals, businesses, and services—committed to making a meaningful impact.

The Urban Renewal Project Chicago originated as a visionary initiative by URB, inc. to spotlight the value of donating distressed and abandoned urban real estate in Chicago. These properties—often overlooked—can be thoughtfully renovated to restore vibrancy to neighborhoods while advancing charitable causes that matter.

Over the years, we’ve considered renaming the Urban Renewal Project to better resonate with potential real estate donors. Yet the name remains deeply relevant. With every unwanted or abandoned residential, retail, or commercial property that’s transformed and donated, we help rejuvenate communities and serve those who served our County.

Urban Renewal Project Chicago continues to stand as a symbol of purpose-driven real estate—where generosity makes a meaningful difference with every donation.

We’re proud to volunteer our time and donate our resources to help facilitate property donations on behalf of the National Women Veterans United and United Relief Foundation, and always at no cost to the real estate donor. It’s our way of giving back and making a meaningful difference.

Doing Our Charitable Part To Be Of Service To Those Who Served Our Country As Well As The Communities We Serve.
